Available throughout Australia.

A nationally accessible online Family Dispute Resolution practice. Available to anyone in any state or territory, conducted online via Google Meet, from anywhere in the country.

FDR is governed by the federal Family Law Act 1975. The same rules apply in every state and territory. A Section 60I certificate issued by an accredited FDR practitioner has the same legal effect whether the parties are in Melbourne, Mildura, Cairns, or Karratha.

This page lists the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia registry locations for each state and territory, along with the key regional centres each registry serves. It is provided as a reference for people who may need to file applications, attend interim hearings, or otherwise interact with the court system after FDR concludes.
